Contract, Right of Withdrawal and Course Termination<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>1.1. Registration and Start of Contract<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">1.1.1. Registration must be in writing \u2013 either online or on site.<br \/>1.1.2. The contract only becomes effective upon written confirmation by the language school.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>1.2. Right of Withdrawal<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">1.2.1. Participants have a 14-day right of withdrawal without providing any reason.<br \/>1.2.2. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing via email (<\/span><u><a href=\"mailto:info@level-up.stuttgart.school\"><span lang=\"en-US\">info@level-up.stuttgart.school<\/span><\/a><\/u><span lang=\"en-US\">) or by post (Sprachschule Level Up Stuttgart, Linzer Str. 88b, 70469 Stuttgart, Germany).<br \/><\/span><span lang=\"de-DE\">1.2.3.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">The date of dispatch is decisive.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>1.3. Refund in Case of Withdrawal<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">1.3.1. In case of timely withdrawal, the paid amount will be refunded within five working days.<br \/>1.3.2. The processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2. Payment Terms<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2.1. Payment Processing<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">2.1.1. An invoice will be issued after the contract is concluded.<br \/>2.1.2. Payment must be made within 72 hours via bank transfer or in cash.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2.2. Payment Deadlines<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">2.2.1. The amount must be received no later than two days before the course starts.<br \/><\/span><span lang=\"de-DE\">2.2.2.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">For bank transfers, proof of payment (e.g., screenshot) is required if the payment is not received on time.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>2.3. Installments and Fees<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">2.3.1. For courses longer than one month, payment in installments is possible.<br \/><\/span><span lang=\"de-DE\">2.3.2.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">The payment obligation remains even if the participant does not attend or only partially attends the course or drops out, unless otherwise specified in sections 1 and 7.<br \/><\/span><span lang=\"de-DE\">2.3.3.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">All bank fees related to payment are the responsibility of the participant.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>3. Participation and Registration<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>3.1. Participation Requirements<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">3.1.1. Our programs are open to all individuals aged 18 and over who are interested in language training.<br \/>3.1.2. Minors may participate after consultation with Level Up Stuttgart.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>3.2. Registration and Confirmation<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">3.2.1. Registration can be done via email, post or in person.<br \/>3.2.2. Within seven days of receiving the registration, you will receive written confirmation via email or letter.<br \/><\/span><span lang=\"de-DE\">3.2.3.\u00a0<\/span><span lang=\"en-US\">The contract with Level Up Stuttgart is considered concluded only upon receiving this confirmation.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>3.3. Visa and Payment Conditions<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">3.3.1. If a visa is required for your stay, the agreement becomes valid only upon prepayment:<\/span><\/p><ul><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">Up to 12 weeks: \u20ac450.00 per four weeks<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">From 13 weeks: \u20ac430.00 per four weeks<br \/>3.3.2. A processing fee of \u20ac50.00 is charged for issuing a visa confirmation.<br \/>3.3.3. If the visa is rejected and this is documented in writing, the full amount minus the processing fee will be refunded.<br \/>3.3.4. Note: Some German embassies abroad may require full prepayment of the course fee. These regulations may exceed the stated amounts.<br \/>3.3.5. The regulation in section 3.3.4 also applies in such cases.<\/span><\/p><\/li><\/ul><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>4. Start, Duration and Organizational Changes<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>4.1. Course Offerings and Information<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">4.1.1. Our language modules are offered both on-site and online.<br \/>4.1.2. The start date, duration, location, and times are specified in the program schedule.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>4.2. Intensive Courses and Entry<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">4.2.1. Intensive modules must be booked for at least one week.<br \/>4.2.2. Entry into ongoing evening and intensive courses is possible after a placement test.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>4.3. Changes in Procedure<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">4.3.1. In exceptional cases, the location of in-person classes may be changed within a reasonable range.<br \/>4.3.2. Changes to teaching staff, schedules, or other details are also possible.<br \/>4.3.3. Participants will be informed immediately in such cases.<br \/>4.3.4. Classes do not take place on public holidays.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>5. Schedule Changes<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>5.1. Rescheduling<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">5.1.1. Changes (e.g., postponement of course start) are only possible in consultation and in exceptional cases.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>5.2. Fees for Rescheduling<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">5.2.1. The first change is free of charge.<br \/>5.2.2. Each additional change incurs a fee of \u20ac50.00.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>6. Course Cancellation<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>6.1. Decision and Refund<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">6.1.1. The school management decides on course execution no later than two days before the start.<br \/>6.1.2. In case of cancellation, participants will be informed immediately in writing.<br \/>6.1.3. Fees already paid will be fully refunded if no rescheduling is desired.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>7. Disclaimer of Liability<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>7.1. Personal Responsibility and Damages<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">7.1.1. Participation is at your own risk.<br \/>7.1.2. The person responsible bears liability for any damage caused.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>7.2. Liability Exclusions<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">7.2.1. The language school accepts no liability for damages caused by force majeure or slight negligence.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>8. Data Protection Policy<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>8.1. Use of Data<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">8.1.1. Personal data is used solely for contract fulfillment.<br \/>8.1.2. More details can be found in our privacy policy.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>9. Right to Modify Terms and Conditions<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>9.1. Changes and Consent<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">9.1.1. The language school may modify these terms for legal or factual reasons.<br \/>9.1.2. Changes will be announced in writing.<br \/>9.1.3. If no written objection is made within 14 days, the new regulations are deemed accepted.<br \/>9.1.4. Participants will be expressly informed of this right to object.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>10. Miscellaneous Provisions<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>10.1. Validity in Case of Partial Invalidity<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">10.1.1. If individual clauses are invalid, the rest of the contract remains valid.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\"><b>11.1. Legal Basis<\/b><\/span><\/p><p class=\"western\" lang=\"hu-HU\"><span lang=\"en-US\">11.1.1. German law applies.<br \/>11.1.2.
