Terms and Conditions

Participation and Registration 1.1. Our courses are open to all individuals over 18 years of age who are interested in language instruction. Younger individuals may also participate after consultation with the FEELingua Mannheim language school. 1.2. Registration can be done via email, mail, or in person. 1.3. Within one week of receiving the registration, you will receive a written confirmation via email or mail. Only with this confirmation is the contract between you and FEELingua Mannheim language school concluded. 1.4. If you need a visa for the language stay, the contract will only be concluded on the condition that you make a down payment:

For bookings up to 12 weeks: €450.00 per 4 weeks
For bookings from 13 weeks: €430.00 per 4 weeks
A processing fee of €50.00 will be charged for issuing a visa certificate. If the visa application is rejected and this is proven in writing, we will refund the full amount minus the €50.00 processing fee. Note: In some countries, German diplomatic missions require proof of full payment of the course fees. These requirements may exceed the amounts mentioned above. The regulation in section 1.4.d also applies in these cases.

Start, Duration, and Organizational Changes 2.1. Our language courses are offered as in-person and online courses. 2.2. The course start, duration, location, and schedule are listed in the course program. 2.3. Intensive courses must be booked for at least one week. 2.4. You can join ongoing evening and intensive courses after taking a placement test. 2.5. In exceptional cases, the location of an in-person course may be changed within a reasonable radius of the original location. Changes regarding teaching staff, schedules, or other course details may also occur. Participants will be promptly informed in such cases. 2.6. No classes are held on public holidays.
Payment Terms 3.1. After the contract is concluded, an invoice will be issued. It must be paid within 72 hours by bank transfer or in cash. 3.2. Payment must be made no later than 48 hours before the course begins. For bank transfers, proof of payment (e.g., screenshot) is required if the payment is not received in time in our account. 3.3. For courses longer than one month, installment payments are possible. 3.4. The payment obligation remains in place even if the participant does not attend the course or only attends partially, or if they terminate participation, unless otherwise stipulated in sections 6 and 7. 3.5. The participant is responsible for any bank fees associated with the payment.
Rebookings 4.1. Rebookings (e.g., changing the course date) are only possible in exceptional cases and after consultation with the FEELingua Mannheim language school. 4.2. The first rebooking is free. For each subsequent rebooking, a fee of €50.00 will be charged.
Course Cancellation 5.1. The decision regarding whether a course will take place is made by the school management no later than 48 hours before the course begins. In the case of a cancellation, participants will be immediately informed in writing. Any fees already paid will be refunded in full unless a rebooking is requested.
Conclusion of Contract, Right of Withdrawal, and Course Termination 6.1. Registration is made in writing either on-site or online. The contract is concluded only with the written confirmation from the FEELingua language school. 6.2. Participants may withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason. The withdrawal must be submitted in writing via email (info@stuttgart.school) or mail (Sprachschule FEELingua, Mittelstraße 42, 68169 Mannheim, Germany). The date of dispatch is decisive. 6.3. In the case of a timely withdrawal, all payments will be refunded within five business days, minus the processing fees.
Liability 7.1. Participation is at the participant’s own risk. The participant is directly liable to the injured party for any damages caused by them. 7.2. The FEELingua Mannheim language school is not liable for damages due to force majeure or for damages not caused by gross negligence.
Data Protection The FEELingua Mannheim language school processes personal data solely for the purpose of contract fulfillment. Further information can be found in our privacy policy.
Miscellaneous If individual provisions of these terms and conditions are invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Mannheim.
Changes to the Terms and Conditions The FEELingua language school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions if required for legal, organizational, or other reasons. Changes will be communicated to participants in writing or by email. If the participant does not object in writing within 14 days, the amended terms will be considered accepted. The right to object and the deadline will be explicitly stated in the communication.
