Language Learning Visa for Germany

What is a Language Course Visa?

A language course visa is a type of visa that allows international students to reside in Germany for 3 to 12 months while participating in an intensive language course. To qualify, the course must have at least 18 hours of lessons per week.

How We Can Support You

When you register for our German language courses and you pay us the fee of three months of intensive course (1350 euros+50 euro administration fee), we will issue the required registration confirmation, detailing your enrollment and the course schedule, as part of the application process. If your visa application is denied, you will receive a full refund of the paid amount, excluding the administration fee. (See our Terms and Conditions for details.)

Steps to Apply for a Language Course Visa

Submit Your Application: Apply for your visa at the German consulate or embassy in your home country. Please note that visa processing can take up to four months, so start early!
Prepare the Required Documents: You will need to provide the following:
- Completed and signed visa application form.
- Valid passport and biometric passport photo.
- Registration confirmation for an intensive course (provided by our school).
- Proof of partial payment of the course fees.
- Health insurance valid for the duration of your stay in Germany.
- Evidence of financial means (e.g., a blocked account or financial support declaration).
- Proof of accommodation in Germany.
- Motivation letter explaining why you are attending the course.
- Proof of visa fee payment.
