The GRADOFLEX language teaching concept is not a radically new method but rather a fine-tuning of the core approaches already in use. Its foundation lies in Dr. András Györbiró’s two decades of experience as a certified German language teacher, language researcher and telc examiner. Driven by his passion for language instruction and guided by his sociological expertise, Dr. Györbiró has not only thoroughly analyzed his students’ exam results but also conducted thousands of conversations to uncover common pitfalls in language learning. His goal has been to identify the causes of failure and discover strategies to make the process more effective, efficient, and enjoyable.
The German language, being highly systematic and logical, relies heavily on gradual progression for effective learning. A common issue in language learning occurs when students are exposed to tasks or concepts too early—before they fully understand the foundational elements. This can create confusion, causing learners to lose their footing in the process.
