Welcome to our information page on the Language Course Visa (Sprachkursvisum). We support students from all over the world with their visa application by issuing the necessary enrollment confirmation for intensive German courses (minimum 3 months).
What is a Language Course Visa?
A Language Course Visa allows international students to reside in Germany for 3 to 12 months to intensively learn German. A prerequisite is participation in an intensive course with at least 18 teaching hours per week.
How We Support You
When you register for our German courses in Stuttgart and pay the fee for three months of the intensive course (€1,350 + €50 administration fee), we will issue the required enrollment confirmation. This document contains all details regarding your registration and the schedule for the authorities.
Important:
Should your visa application be rejected, you will receive a full refund of the paid amount (excluding the administration fee). (See Terms & Conditions for details).

For the application, you generally need the following documents:
- Completed visa application form
- Valid passport and biometric passport photo
- Enrollment confirmation for the intensive course (provided by us)
- Proof of partial payment of course fees
- Valid health insurance for the duration of your stay
- Proof of financial means (e.g., blocked account)
- Proof of accommodation in Germany
- Motivation letter
